We want you to feel confident shopping with Flair Decos. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds
1. Eligible Returns
Used or opened items are not eligible for returns. Only products in new, unused, and unopened condition may qualify.
2. Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused

Be in their original packaging

Meet the minimum return quantity of 3 boxes or 150 square feet, whichever is greater
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.
4. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at orders@flairdecos.com with the following information:

Your order number

The reason for the return
-
Photos of the item (required if the product arrived damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
If requested, we can provide a prepaid return label. In this case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
7. Restocking Fees
In the event of a partial or full return, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs, including original outbound freight and return shipping. Additionally, a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 30% of the purchase price will be applied.
8. Lost or Damaged Returns
If returned items are lost or damaged during return transit, we may be unable to process a refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and proper packaging.
9. Non-Returnable Items:
Special order, mill-direct, and non-stock products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be noted on the product page at time of purchase.
