Payment Terms:
Pre‑Payment Requirement: Prior to delivery, full payment for both the product and shipping fee is required. Timely payment is essential, and non‑compliance may result in immediate contract termination by FlairDecos™.
Clearance of Funds: Delivery will commence only upon confirmation of cleared funds. Please note that manual credit and fraud checks may extend the approval process by up to 48 hours. 
Non‑Compliance Notice: Should these terms be unsatisfactory, kindly notify us in writing to explore alternative arrangements.

Reservation and Deposit:
Material Reservation: Secure your desired materials with a 55% deposit, allowing you to reserve them for up to one month. 
Binding Agreement: The deposit serves as a binding agreement and is non‑refundable. 
Balance Settlement: The remaining balance must be settled by the agreed delivery date. Failure to do so may lead to order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
