At FlairDecos™, we are committed to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of your orders. Please review our comprehensive shipping policy to understand our procedures and guidelines.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to ensure all deliveries are made as scheduled. Should there be any delays, you will be promptly informed via the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please note that, unless a guaranteed delivery option is selected, shipping companies do not guarantee arrival times. For guaranteed delivery, please consult with your sales representative.
Shipping Rates:
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and pallet dimensions. While we use live carrier-calculated shipping at checkout, technical limitations or service restrictions can occasionally result in inaccurate or unavailable shipping rates—particularly for large, heavy, or destination-specific orders. In such cases, our system defaults to a standard calculated shipping fee of $298, which reflects the average cost of LTL freight delivery, including palletization, liftgate service, and destination handling. This ensures reliable and timely delivery even when carrier data is not available or applicable.
Please note that shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping location and the total product cost. These charges are added on top of the listed product price and will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Carrier Communication and Fees
Appointment Scheduling: It is necessary to schedule an appointment for all Less Than Truckload (LTL) deliveries. A valid working phone number must be provided for the carrier to contact you.
Re-Delivery Fees: If you do not respond to the carrier’s request for an appointment, you may incur a re-delivery fee.
Tracking and Accessibility
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress.
Accessibility Concerns: If your location is inaccessible for a semi-truck (e.g., hilly areas, remote locations), please contact our representative prior to placing your order to make suitable arrangements.
Curbside Delivery
Unloading Responsibility: Deliveries will be unloaded curbside. You are responsible for transporting the items from the curbside to their final location.
Delivery Personnel Limitations: Delivery personnel are not authorized to assist in moving packages into your home. Please arrange for additional help if necessary.
Palletized Shipments
Pallet Transportation: Each order is transported on a pallet by a common freight company.
Adult Presence Requirement: A responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery. Failure to be available or coordinate a delivery appointment with the freight carrier will result in additional shipping and storage fees. Re-routed shipments will also incur extra charges.
Delivery Confirmation
Shipment Timing: Your precise delivery date and time will depend on the freight company once your shipment has left the warehouse. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your merchandise leaves our warehouse.
Carrier Discretion: We work with a variety of carriers, and the shipment method is at our discretion. All claims must be filed with FlairDecos™ using the claim form or via email. Transit times are estimated; therefore, we recommend not scheduling installation until you have received the material.
Signature Requirements
Signature Requirement: We reserve the right to send shipments with a signature requirement. If you wish to waive this, please mention "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the order notes. Note that all larger LTL freight shipments will still require a signature.
Delivery Inspection: Do not allow the driver to leave until you have confirmed the material received is in good condition and all items have been accounted for. Any damaged or missing items should be noted on the delivery receipt.
Inspection and Claims
Pending Inspection: If the driver cannot wait for a thorough inspection of your purchase, write "Pending Inspection" on the delivery receipt. This allows you to inspect the material later. Include a note to help us file a claim with the carrier and replace any damaged goods.
Reporting Issues: Contact customer support at +1 (833) 317-4873 within two days to report any concealed damage or incorrect delivery.
Do Not Refuse Delivery: Accepting the package expedites the replacement process. Refusing a package may result in additional shipping costs and delays in processing claims. Returned shipping fees and restocking charges will apply to refused shipments.
Limited Access Delivery
Definition: Limited access locations are challenging for standard semi-trucks to access, including residential areas, construction sites, gated communities, narrow streets, and remote or hard-to-reach locations.
Advance Notice Requirement: Notify us in advance if your delivery location falls within a limited access area. This allows us to make necessary arrangements, such as selecting an alternative delivery method.
Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery: Default method for locations accessible by standard trucks.
Alternative Delivery Methods: May include using smaller vehicles or shuttle services. Additional fees may apply.
Failure to Provide Advance Notice: If no advance notice is given and the standard truck encounters access issues, additional fees and delays may occur. Customers will be responsible for any associated charges.
Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time: In-stock orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after they’ve been processed.
Delivery Time: The delivery time for in-stock orders 5-6 business days.
