At Flair Decos, our goal is to ship your order as smoothly and reliably as possible. You’ll find complete details about our shipping process, including delivery times, costs, and tracking information, what to expect during delivery, and what to do if there are any issues. 1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
Shipping is available exclusively within the United States, covering 48 Contiguous States.
We do not ship to:
Shipping is not available to island locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and to P.O. box addresses.
2. Handling & Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.

In-stock orders ship within 2–5 working days.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped:

Most deliveries arrive within 3–6 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, freight method, and carrier availability.

Unless a guaranteed delivery service is selected, arrival dates are estimates and not guaranteed by shipping carriers.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total price of your order. Freight charges are applied according to order value tiers.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable and well-established freight carriers, including:

ABF Freight Systems

Southeastern Freight Lines (SEFL)

Old Dominion Freight Line (ODFL)
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
6. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

You can monitor shipment progress using the link provided in the confirmation email.
7. Delivery Schedule & Carrier Communication
We aim to ensure deliveries arrive as scheduled. If there are delays, you will be notified using the email address provided at checkout.
For LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight deliveries, an appointment must be scheduled with the carrier. A valid working phone number is required so the carrier can contact you.
Failure to respond to the carrier may result in re-delivery or storage fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Inspection, Damage & Claims
At Delivery:
Please inspect your shipment before the driver leaves.

If the driver cannot wait for a full inspection, write “Pending Inspection” on the delivery receipt.

Note any visible damage or missing items directly on the delivery paperwork.
Reporting Issues:

Concealed damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours.

Do Not Refuse Delivery:
Accepting the shipment helps speed up replacements and claims. Refused deliveries may result in additional shipping, return, and restocking fees.
9. Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

If you would like to waive this, please note “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” in your order notes.

All large LTL freight shipments will still require a signature, regardless of waiver requests.
10. Curbside & Palletized Deliveries
Curbside Delivery:

Freight deliveries are made curbside only.
-
You are responsible for moving items from the curb to their final location.

Delivery personnel are not permitted to bring items inside.
Palletized Shipments:

Orders are shipped on pallets using common freight carriers.
-
A responsible adult must be present at delivery.
-
Missed appointments, re-routing, or storage may result in additional fees.
11. Limited-Access Locations
Some delivery locations require advance notice due to access limitations. Please notify us when placing your order if your address falls into one of these categories:

Residential areas

Construction sites
-
Gated communities
-
Narrow streets
-
Remote or hard-to-reach locations
Advance notice allows us to coordinate properly with the carrier and avoid delays or extra charges.
12. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is not available to island locations, including Alaska, Hawaii.

Shipping to P.O. box addresses is not available.
