Shipping
We ship within the contiguous United States only — all 48 states. Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, island locations, or P.O. box addresses at this time.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 24 hours and ship within 2–5 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day. We don't process or ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is on its way, most deliveries arrive within 3–6 business days. Delivery times can vary based on your location, freight method, and carrier availability.
We partner with trusted freight carriers who specialize in handling heavy materials safely and reliably:
  • ABF Freight Systems
  • Southeastern Freight Lines (SEFL)
  • Old Dominion Freight Line (ODFL)
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.
Tiles are heavy, fragile, and require extra care during transit. We ship all flooring products via less-than-truckload (LTL) freight carriers — the most secure and reliable method for getting your tiles to you in perfect condition. It costs a little more, but it's worth it to make sure your order arrives safely.
Please inspect your delivery before signing off. If you notice any damage, let us know at the time of delivery and we'll take care of the rest — including arranging a replacement and filing a carrier claim at no cost to you.

Products
Floor tiles are designed to handle foot traffic and are generally thicker and more durable. Wall tiles are typically lighter and smoother, making them ideal for backsplashes and vertical surfaces. Using the right tile for the right surface makes a big difference in both performance and appearance.
Floor tiles can generally be used on walls, but wall tiles should not be used on floors as they're not designed to handle the weight and pressure of foot traffic. When in doubt, check the tile's PEI rating — we're always happy to guide you in the right direction.
The PEI (Porcelain Enamel Institute) rating measures a tile's durability and resistance to wear. Ratings range from 0 to 5 — the higher the number, the more traffic the tile can handle. For busy areas like kitchens and hallways, we recommend a PEI rating of 3 or higher.
It depends on the tile type. Porcelain tiles are generally low-maintenance and rarely need sealing. Natural stone and some ceramic tiles, however, benefit from periodic sealing to protect against stains and moisture. We'll always let you know what's recommended for the tiles you choose.
Yes — and we strongly encourage it. Tile colors and textures can look different in person than on a screen. Ordering a sample first is the best way to make sure the tile fits your space, lighting, and style before committing to a full order.
Reducers, moldings, stair noses, and base walls are essential flooring accessories used to complete your floor installation and give it a clean, professional finish.
  • Reducers: Create a smooth transition between two floors with different heights or materials.
  • Moldings: Connect different sections of flooring for a seamless look.
  • Stair Noses: Finish the edges of stairs to improve safety and appearance.
  • Base Walls (Baseboards): Cover the gap between the floor and wall for a polished finish.
These accessories help your flooring look complete, aligned, and high-end.
Flooring accessories are not just for looks—they are important for performance and durability. They help with:
  • Protection: Prevent damage to edges and corners.
  • Safety: Stair noses reduce slipping and wear on stairs.
  • Durability: Extend the life of your flooring.
  • Clean finish: Hide gaps and create a seamless appearance.
Without these, even premium flooring can look unfinished and wear out faster.

Care & Maintenance
Most tiles are easy to maintain with regular sweeping and damp mopping. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that can dull the surface over time. For grout care, a mild grout cleaner and periodic sealing will keep your floors and walls looking their best for years to come.
