  • Dye Lots: Ceramic and porcelain tiles are produced in batches (dye lots). Colors may vary between production runs.

  • Digital Representation: We strive to display product images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
    We highly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order. FLAIRDECO LLC does not guarantee that the product delivered will be an exact match to samples or digital images.

Professional Installation Disclaimer

FLAIRDECO LLC is an authorized reseller and does not provide installation services. All products should be installed by a licensed and insured professional flooring contractor. We are not responsible for, and expressively disclaim liability for, any installation-related issues including but not limited to:

  • Improper thin-set or adhesive application.

  • Subfloor movement or structural failure.

  • Installation of products with visible defects (products should be inspected before installation).

Freight & Shipping Inspection Disclaimer

Most orders are shipped via LTL Freight. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all pallets and boxes at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or broken tiles must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) or Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves. FLAIRDECO LLC is not responsible for damage claims if the shipment was signed for and accepted "in good condition."
